I managed to catch up with our 1st Team Physio yesterday at the Cefn Cribbwr game. Here name is Ella Skyrme, (i promised to spell here surname correctly, hopefully i have) and she is a native of Carmarthen but currently lives in the dizzy heights of Tonyrefail. It's a bit belated but welcome to Llanharan RFC Ella.
