A few days ago it was the Birthday of an old back row forward (sorry Meirion), today it's the Birthday of a young back row forward. Happy Birthday to No 8 and Vice Captain Ieuan Pring, who is 23 today. Have a good one Ieuan, from everybody at Llanharan RFC.
